As the entirety of Transcription Galaxy's software products are provided through download via the Internet, once purchased and downloaded, refunds are not able to be provided.  If you experience technical problems installing or using our products, please contact us so that we may assist you.

In the event that your computer crashes and any of our software products is lost, or you would like to know how to download the software onto a replacement computer, please contact us.
