Protecting our customers' privacy is of the greatest importance to us.  Transcription Galaxy will outline below what information is being collected by our customers or visitors to our website and how that information is being used.

Personal information:

Personal information we receive is determined by what information the visitor chooses to supply through email or online forms (name, company, address, email, etc.).  Any personal information given to us will be used solely for the purpose of identification and correspondence.  IP addresses are recorded for statistical purposes only; they are not linked to any personal identifiable information.

After purchasing and downloading any of our products, the customer will be required to register the product before use.  Collected information will include name, address, and email.  This information is strictly for Transcription Galaxy's use; we will never sell or provide your information to any third parties.  All personal information is stored on a secured server.

Purchases:

The payment transaction will be passed through to the credit card company, whereby you will receive an email notification once payment has been accepted. If paying through PayPal, the transaction will be completed on their secure server.  The last 4-digits of your credit card is the only information retained by Transcription Galaxy, for card identification only.   

Computer:

During registration process for our programs, Transcription Galaxy will obtain general computer identifying information; this essentially binds the program to the computer it is downloaded to.  Anything that Transcription Galaxy leaves on a customer's computer will be limited to the registry entries and setup files pertaining to our programs.  No cookies!
